How will I receive the photos?
After final editing, we will e-mail you a google drive link where you can view and download the photos. For videos, the process will be the same. For larger files, we will use a dropbox account.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
Once we receive your product, you will have photos in five (5) business days, guaranteed. Since videos are more a bit more intricate, you will receive them within seven (7) business days, guaranteed.
Are the photos optimized for Amazon?
Yes, our photos will be delivered as a 3000 x 3000 JPEG image at a 1x1 ratio - the maximum file size that Amazon will allow. If you would like your image cropped to a different aspect ratio, please specify and we can absolutely accommodate such a request.
Are you able to do a shoot at our business location?
Unfortunately, we must shoot all of our products at our professional studio. This ensures the best quality photos because we have tested all of the variables and they always turn out better when you leave the dirty work to us. Our lifestyle photos are shot at a location of our photographer's choosing in order to create the best image possible and represent your product to its full potential.
If I don't like the images, can I do a reshoot?
With each photography package, we offer a certain amount of revisions so if you're still unhappy with your finished product after revisions, then our 7 day guarantee would come into play and we would give you a 100% refund - no problem.
